What photographs do I need to provide?
Clear, well-lit reference photos of yourself: good lighting, face visible, several angles, and at least one full-body shot. No screenshots if avoidable, no other people in frame, no explicit/nude photos. JPG, PNG or WEBP up to 15 MB each.
How do the AI portfolio images work?
We use your reference photos to generate professional portfolio imagery in the looks you choose — studio, editorial, commercial, beauty, lifestyle, fitness or luxury. We aim to keep your recognizable identity: face, skin tone, build and hair.
Are the images AI generated?
Yes. AI Model Portfolio and the Complete Model Kit include AI-generated creative imagery made from your references. They are synthetic — that is exactly why we keep them separate from real digitals, which must show your current natural appearance.
What's the difference between portfolio images and digitals?
Portfolio images are polished creative work that shows what you can look like in a campaign. Digitals are simple, current, unedited photographs showing what you look like right now. Agencies often ask for digitals specifically — see our Agency Starter Kit.
How long does it take?
AI Model Portfolio is typically delivered in 3–5 business days, Agency Starter Kit in 1–2 business days, and the Complete Model Kit in 4–7 business days, from when we have everything we need.
What if the result doesn't look like me?
AI portfolios include one reasonable regeneration/revision request. If we can't produce a usable result after that, we will work with you on a remake or refund under our refund policy.
Are my photos private?
Yes. Your source photos are stored privately, used only to fulfill your order, and deleted 30 days after delivery (configurable). We never train on your images, never make them public, and never send them to analytics.
Can I delete my photos?
Yes. You can request deletion anytime by emailing us, and your order page explains how. We also auto-delete source images after the retention period.
Does this guarantee I'll get signed or booked?
No. Nothing can guarantee agency representation, bookings or casting success. We provide tools and preparation — your results depend on many factors, including the agencies you approach.
Is this a modeling agency?
No. PortfolioPlaza is a portfolio creation and preparation service. We are not a modeling agency and do not represent models.
What is the refund policy?
AI portfolio products include one revision; if we cannot produce a usable result after that, you may receive a refund. Digital deliverables become non-refundable after fulfillment, subject to applicable law. See the full refund policy.
What is the age requirement?
You must be 18 or older to purchase. We do not process orders for minors.
Who owns the images?
You own your deliverables and can use them for your portfolio, applications and promotions. You confirm you are the person in the source photos (or have permission) at checkout.
