Refund & Remake Policy

AI portfolio products

• Each AI portfolio order includes one reasonable revision/regeneration request.
• If we cannot produce a usable result after that revision, we will offer a remake or a refund.
• Refunds for AI portfolio orders are generally available if the service has not been fulfilled and we cannot deliver an acceptable result.

Agency Starter Kit

• Digital deliverables (guides, checklists, review, submission package) generally become non-refundable after fulfillment, subject to applicable law.
• If we have not yet delivered and you change your mind, contact us within the cancellation window for a refund.

How to request a refund or remake
